General Statement

Access to any company’s website can be challenging for persons having certain disabilities.  A person’s disability is often unique.  What may work well for one person may cause difficulties for another person.  Our company has made efforts to accommodate as many of our customers and potential customers as is reasonable given our size, resources and knowledge of our customers, and potential customer’s needs.  To that end we have engaged the services of professionals to assist and advise us in these matters. 

Property Access

The Leasing Office at Hollypark Knolls Apartments is open for residents and prospective residents Monday thru Saturday 8:30am to 5pm.  Meeting our Community Manager regarding vacancies is done by appointment only. The property is controlled access and residents access the property with their gate key and/or the intercom system.  Onsite parking is for residents only.  Guests may park on the street.  Please contact the community manager via the information below to make an appointment and obtain access.
